Fun Useless Facts

Fun Useless Facts

Anyone that used to read our old forum (aka no one) will remember our Fun Useless Facts, pointless trivial secrets about our movies. I thought I'd try to resurrect them.

Stereo From Hell

Right when Will says "Hey, cool toaster" you can briefly see a Crossed Films sticker on the TV behind him.

Bury Me In The Snow

This was originally going to be an Uncrossed episode.

My hand was bleeding cuz I cut it on broken glass. Alot of broken glass.

When I snowboarded out the window was the first time I stepped on a snowboad in 2 years.

The song we used is "The Plot to Bomb the Panhandle" by A Day to Remember.

No More Yogurt
We only had 4 yogurt containers for this movie. We had to take those four and make it appear like there was dozens strewn everywhere.

Car Doors

I had the car door idea for a while. One day I went for it and backed out. The next weekend I had no other ideas to film, so I said screw it and just did it.

Extreme Hackysack
We burned 3 hackysacks in this movie, yes 3.

SD3: The Sperm Supremacy
Other titles we considered were The White Knight, The Pink Knight, and The Incredible Bulge.

The Tea Party
We made this movie while I was kicked out of my house and homeless. So I filmed it at a friends house.

Winfreid was chosen for the bear's name only minutes beforehand because someone named Winfreid added our myspace as a friend while we were making the movie.

Freedom of Speech

I was reading off wikipedia when i pierced my lip.

Billy Stone
I wrote the script for this movie for an English project. Jeff and I filmed the movie after school everyday and then showed it to the class in our high school's auditorium. We got an A, but that didn't stop me from failing the class for the year.

I got the idea for Billy Stone while working at a video store. There was a big section of inspiring sport movies, and I thought it would be funny to spoof.

We filmed all the bike stuff in two different sandpits.

The snake in the movie was my harmless pet. His name is Gir.

Hell on Wheels

All the spark plates were given to us for free from the Tail Devils company. They gave us maybe 20, as long as we promised to make a sweet flick with them.

Sunshine Bear

Ok, i'm aware that the care bear is actually Love-a-Lot bear. We just wanted to use the name that sounded best. It was actually supposed to be called Funshine Bear, but I kept messing it up. If you listen close I say Funshine instead of Sunshine a few times.

SuperDick 2

If you look closely when Captain Condom is hit by the car, you can see that the Sperminator is driving it.

In once scene when the sperminator is talking, you can see a cereal box of Poop Flakes. That's a reference to one of our older movies

Uncrossed: Episode 1
Episode 1 is basically just all the footage I took off my camera during the period of a month where my mom was "out of town". It's not that we partied everyday. We just had a million people over every day and a million stories.

The riding on top of the car footage was filmed in the same sandpit as Billy Stone.

Uncrossed: Episode 2
Filming this abruptly ended when the principal yelled at us and tried to take away my video camera. I responded with a "fuck you" and my middle finger.

Jeff got way more hugs than shown in the movie. I could only film the ones in the classes we had together though.

Uncrossed: Episode 3
The TV we smashed was one I had forever. It stopped working one day. It can be seen in The Good Times and Sunshine Bear.

The real name of the place we went to is The Bethlehem Dam, or so I'm told.

Uncrossed: Episode 4
I didn't film any of the band footage in this. I left my camera in Joe's barn for a few days and they used it a couple times.

Uncrossed: Episode 5

The tiki torch fight was filmed in the same place as The Tea Party, only a month or two prior when there was still snow on the ground.

And i'll update this later.
